Shape influences everything. From how a floor flows through a space to the mood it sets. Pattern brings precision, dynamism or restraint. We work closely with specifiers to recommend planks, parquet, panels or custom layouts that bring a floor to life.
Shape & pattern
Shape
Familiar patterns
From slim to superwide, our planks can feel modern, monastic or rustic. Lengths and widths can be tailored to scale, material and setting. Our award winning Superwide floors offer architectural presence in minimal spaces.

Parquet & panels
Alongside crafting one of a kind bespoke formats, Woodworks offer a vast selection of made to order designs.
Choose from herringbone, chevron or Parquet de Versailles. Our standard panels can be adapted in size or design, or completely customised. We also offer patented options like Sapphire and Continuous Versailles, exclusive to Woodworks.
Lay direction & rhythm
Pattern isn’t just about format, it’s about orientation and flow. We collaborate on layouts that respond to the architecture, from diagonal drama to linear calm. The way a floor is laid can elongate, widen or emphasise space.
Architectural integration
We craft stair treads, risers, trims, and joinery elements to match your floor. These architectural details create continuity across spaces and can turn functional elements into feature moments.
