Golden-brown Antique French Oak gives Babington Parquet de Chantilly a rich, varied palette. Intersecting lengths frame smaller sections of timber, bringing order to a surface filled with changing grain, dark knots and historic markings. Across each 980mm square panel, the Chantilly composition creates a distinctive woven rhythm.

Our makers draw on decades of restoration experience to preserve the character of this centuries-old oak. Its original patina remains integral to the floor, alongside natural and man-made details that record its former life. Hand-polished undulations reveal subtle changes in the surface as light moves across it. Burnished Hardwax Oil Satin enriches the oak’s tones, while hand-rolled edges lend softness and definition to the individual elements.

Babington Parquet de Chantilly has a 20mm, two-ply engineered construction with a nominal 4–6mm wear layer. The floor is UKTR compliant and should be maintained using Care System 2.

Complementary architectural details can extend its tonal character throughout your interior. Speak with your Woodworks Specification Consultant to arrange samples and discuss your project.
