Selene Continuous Versailles Pattern

Selene begins with patience. Before our craftspeople shape the European Oak, the timber is seasoned outdoors for up to 24 months. This extended preparation is part of the considered approach to making a floor whose natural character remains central to its design.

Arranged in a Continuous Versailles pattern, Selene brings flowing grain, knots and tonal variation into an interlocking composition. Its warm oak palette lends itself to modern country interiors, where the geometry provides structure alongside natural materials and relaxed furnishings. Nature grade allows the individual features of the timber to remain visible throughout the pattern.

The smooth surface is finished with Naked Skin Lacquer Super Matt, preserving the oak’s natural appearance with minimal sheen. Micro bevels on all sides give delicate definition to the adjoining pieces.

Selene has a 20mm, two-ply engineered construction with a nominal 6mm wear layer and carries FSC® Mix Credit certification. Maintain the floor using Care System 1. Samples and layout guidance are available through your Woodworks Specification Consultant.
